The witness sighted some maneuvering lights and a huge cigar shaped craft over a local lake. Later that night he was at his apartment when the room suddenly became extremely cold. He then heard a strange "mumbling" sound and saw a strange short figure standing by the bed. The figure was making the loud "mumbling" and "muttering" sounds without apparently moving its mouth. The room suddenly became darker and the witness felt a terrible sensation. He closed his eyes and hid under the blanket. When he pulled the blanket away the figure had vanished.
