Jorge Ribles, electrician at the Carmal Chemical Plant, noticed that the engines were at a standstill, while the countryside was lit up with intensive reddish light. Another man, 52-yearold Jose J. Rociski, fell unconscious as a vivid light enveloped him. He was unable to move his left arm for three days, and suffered from pain and extreme nervousness. An object was observed. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. One red star was observed by two male witnesses, typical age 52, at a factory (Rakoski; Ribles).
