A bright object landed and a strange "tall, slim being" emerged.
A settler, Romulo Velasco, 25, saw a bright object land. From it emerged a strange "tall, slim being" who came toward the witness, who fainted. An object was observed. Traces found. One object was observed by two experienced male witnesses (as reported to the police) in a rural area (Rocha).
