Chief of Provincial Police German Rocha and Police Major Niceforo Leon observed a round object with a vivid blue light. It landed, left a strange, powerful odor, and burned grass and shrubs. Objects were observed. Animal reactions to the objects were reported. Traces found. Several blue balls were observed by several witnesses in a city. A noise was heard.
