Student Humberto Aranjo da Silva nearly hit a saucer-shaped craft, six meters in diameter, with two V-shaped landing pads and a dome, which had landed on the road. It made a whirring noise. One saucer was observed. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
