Two businessmen traveling in separate cars on a road outside town encounter a mushroom-shaped object which stalls their vehicles.
A 31-year-old man driving a '64 Cadillac was at the intersection of U.S. Highway 60 and State Route 14 when the engine failed, and he had to stop by the side of the road. He then observed an object about 1.2 meters above ground. It was shaped like a mushroom or an electric bulb, 25 meters high, eight meters in diameter made noise similar to a vacuum cleaner had a metallic gray color, a red-orange light on one side, and a blue one on the other. It took off against the wind toward the west, at high speed. An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One blue-orange ball, about 40 feet across, was observed by three male witnesses one of them independent, typical age 31, on a highway for over 25 minutes. A vacuum cleaner-like sound was heard.
