Repeated close encounter, including the "little man".
John Q. Black, witness of the May. 20 incident, observed an exact repetition of the scene, including the "little man." Van Allen saw only the landing marks, about 30 cm wide and resembling elephant tracks. An unidentifiable object and its occupants were observed at close range.
