A large number of hovering disk-shaped machines; two figures standing on one of the craft
A woman was awakened by a thunderclap and a strong bluish light. As she got out, she saw a large number of hovering disk-shaped machines resembling "inverted soup plates" 200 meters away at an altitude of about one meter. She observed them for 30 minutes, saw two figures standing on one of the craft and looking at the sky. They went back inside, and shortly thereafter the "fleet" took off, one object at a time. An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One blue saucer was observed by one experienced male witness on the shore. A noise was heard. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
