Four tall men were seen within a landed aluminum-looking craft.
A rancher, Wilfredo H. Arevalo, saw two objects, one of which landed. He walked within 150 meters of the aluminum-looking craft which gave off a greenish-blue vapor and "an intense smell of burning benzine." A large, flat section on top was revolving above a glass cabin in which could be seen four tall men, dressed in something like cellophane, working at various instruments. They saw him and shone a light in his direction while a blue light illuminated the craft; the vapor increased and flames (alternately reddish and greenish) shot out of the base while the object rose with a faint hum. Both craft flew away toward Chile, leaving bluish trails. Flying discs were observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Ground traces were found. Multiple independent witnesses. Two blue-green domed discs, about 20 feet across, were observed by one experienced male witness at a ranch for over 60 minutes (Arevalo, Wilfredo H). A humming sound was heard. Four 7-foot-tall pallid beings, each wearing a cellophane suit, were seen.
Wilfredo Arevalo, a rancher, saw a huge disc land, another hovering above. He got to within 150 yards of the landed UFO, which was giving off a greenish blue vapor and "an intense smell of burning benzene." Above the saucer, a large flat disc was rotating, "like a phonograph record." In the center was a transparent cabin; he could see 4 tall men with pallid faces, dressed in "cellophane," working at instruments. Then the craft shone a searchlight on him, it lit up with blue light, and it rose up, emitting red and green flames and a faint hum. Both craft sped off, leaving bluish trails. Next day burnt grass was found at the site. Several other witnesses to the UFO in flight.
