Two very large "wheels" were seen spinning in the air and slowly coming to the surface of the sea.
Two very large "wheels" were seen spinning in the air and slowly coming to the surface of the sea. Estimated diameter: 40 meters. Distance between the objects: 150 meters. Speed: 80 km/h/ Duration: 35 minutes. Witnesses aboard the ship "Vultur" An unidentifiable object was observed at close range. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
