Squared-off cigar shaped UFO
Red flashing light on the rear, long and narrow described as like a squared-off cigar. An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. One cigar-shaped object was observed in foggy weather by one experienced male witness (as reported to the police) at a lake for two minutes. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
