Police incident. Saucer-shaped object dove at MP patrol vehicle
"Saucer-shaped" object with flashing bright red and white lights dove at MP patrol vehicle. A flying disc was observed from a car. It buzzed a witness. One red saucer, about 80 feet across, was observed by two experienced male military witnesses at a military facility (Burns; Holland; Shade). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 302: Reliable source, firsthand; no site visit, or answer unknown; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
