A cowboy and a friend see an oval object with a dome; their car stalls.
Oval with dome circled car, driver felt cold; engine restarted by itself as object departed. An object was observed using optical instruments. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One dark oval object, about 40 feet across, was observed by two female witnesses on a highway for two to four minutes (Fulford; Tibbs, N). Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness.
