Oval-shaped object with red, green and yellow lights
Jerome Wolanin, assistant news director of radio station and former policeman, and wife, saw a round saucer or oval-shaped object with red, green and yellow lights around bottom rim which pulsated red, flying level, E to W, joined by second object from W.First object opened top, second came over and hovered for 30 seconds and disappeared. Objects made hissing sound. Flying discs were observed. Two green-yellow oval objects, about 80 feet across, were observed in clear weather by two witnesses, a married couple, at a lake for over 40 minutes (Jerome Wolanin). A hissing sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
