Object with arms in front of it which sparkled like an arc-light
Mr. Acquino (Aquino?) saw an object with arms in front of it which sparkled like an arc-light, fly S along some power lines, then turn SW, with a slight humming sound. (Same as Oct. 30 case?) Nocturnal lights were observed by one witness for four minutes (Aquino). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky.
