Square or hexagonal object with edges reflecting light, and a strange six feet tall being were seen.
Douglas Tibbetts, 16, Betty Klem, 16, Anita Haifley, 22, and Gerald Labelle, 29, saw a square or hexagonal (or mushroom-shaped) object with edges lit or reflecting light, (sweeping the area with a light beam), come tumbling down erratically from right to left, stopped 5-10 feet above the beach 1,000 feet away and settled heavily down. A circle of spotlights at top were visible when it was on the ground and swept the area. A strange six feet tall being was seen. A police report was made. An object was observed. Ground traces were found. One ball, around 1500 feet away, was observed in clear weather by four witnesses, typical age 22, at a lake for five minutes (Anita Haifley; Klem, Betty; Tibbetts, Douglas). A dial-tone-like sound was heard. One 6-foot-tall faceless being was seen.
