Elongated object on the ground.
A civilian man, 40, saw an object resting on the ground as he was going to work, less than two kilometers southeast of Hague. It was an elongated craft, two meters long, 70 cm high. When he tried to touch it, the craft left at great speed toward the west. It had six openings, ten cm in diameter, and made a "turbine" noise so loud that the witness had to put his hands over his ears. After going away for a few meters, it vanished suddenly. Rain was falling throughout the observation, which lasted four minutes. One ball was observed by one witness for four minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
