Object flew slowly, hovered, came within 15 m
Several civilians reported an object that flew slowly toward the south, hovered, came within 15 meters of them, and finally flew off toward the southwest. An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One object was observed by several witnesses in a town. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
