Flat, well-defined object blocking the road, the size of a truck
Two civilians returning from a sporting event observed what they first thought was the moon. After driving for about one kilometer, they saw that it was a flat, well-defined object, which had blocked the road. The object was the size of a truck and cast an intense yellow-orange light on the ground. The witnesses turned around and drove back to Rexburg. An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One yellow-orange ball was observed by two witnesses on a highway. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
