Fiery, structureless sphere 75 cm in diameter stalls car
A man driving on Millinocket Lake Road saw a fiery, spherical object to the side. He stopped and left his car with a friend to observe it better. When they became afraid and walked back to the car, the sphere followed them; the engine could not be started as long as the sphere remained within two or three meters of the car. It flew away after five minutes. It was described as a ball of fire without structure, about 75 cm in diameter. One ball was observed by two witnesses for five minutes.
