Duck Hunter Case - Grey and silver ball, trailing what looked like twine
R. O. Christensen saw a grey and silver ball, trailing what looked like twine with two knots in it, swerve, and climb away at a 45° angle, making a sound like a flock of ducks. An unidentified object was sighted, that had an unusual appearance or performance. One grey star was observed by one witness for 20 minutes (Christensen, R O). Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky. Vallee reliability rating: 332: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
