Thin, cylindrical object fly at an estimated Mach 2.7
USAF Capt. J. M. Lowery, out of Ramstein AFB, Germany, from an unspecified aircraft, saw a thin, cylindrical object, 1/3 snout, 2/3 tail fins, fly at an estimated Mach 2.7 (1,800 mph). An unidentified object was sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation.One star was observed by one experienced male military witness at an airfield for five to eight minutes.
