Brown, cigar-shaped object come from below the horizon
A. Cavelli and R. Blessin, using 7x binoculars, saw a brown, cigar-shaped object come from below the horizon (close to the witnesses) ascending to 40°-50° above the horizon. One brown cigar-shaped object was observed by two witnesses with binoculars for four minutes (Blessin, R; Cavelli, A). Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
