Pilot saw grey-black rectangular object rotate very slowly
USAF Maj. D. G. Tilley, flying C-47 transport, saw a grey-black rectangular object rotate very slowly on its horizontal axis. An unidentified object was sighted, that had an unusual appearance or performance. One grey rectangular object was observed by one experienced male military witness for four seconds (Tilley, D G). Hynek rating: DO: Daylight Objects Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky. Vallee reliability rating: 342: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
