Zibello case. Explanation: Mirage.
Objects were observed and photographed. Six blue-green stars, about 150 feet across, were observed in cloudy weather by two experienced male military witnesses at an airport for two minutes (Zibello). Ruppelt's account: at 3:50P.M. the C.O. of an Air Force weather detachment at Long Beach, California, and twelve airmen watched six saucer- shaped UFO's streak along under the bases of a 7000 foot high cloud deck. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
