White derby-hat-shaped object hovering low over a field
Martin's attention drawn by barking dogs looking up at white derby-hat-shaped object 50+ feet wide hovering low over a field about 450 feet away with a gentle rocking motion and streamers underneath like tinsel. Object suddenly took off almost vertically to the northeast without sound disappearing into cloud bank. An unidentified object at close range (with physical effects), , was observed by one witness for one minute (Martin).
