Pilot saw an orange light with a blue tinge, fly across the sky
USAF Capt. W. M. Lyons, Intelligence Division Chief (Aerial Weather Recon Officer) (and Daniel?), flying a T-33 jet trainer was 60 miles east of St. Louis, Missouri, near Mount Vernon. They saw an orange light with a blue tinge, fly across the sky. One blue-orange object was observed by two witnesses for two minutes (Lyons, W M).
