Metallic disc, shaped like two pie pans face-to-face
Instructor (Capt. D. F. Ritzdorf ?) and student pilot (F. W. Miller?) flying USAF B-25 bomber/trainer 30 miles E or W of Cochise, New Mexico, saw a metallic disc, shaped like two pie pans face-to-face, 120-130 feet diameter, pace the B-25, showing both its edge and its face. Only item in case file was summary form. (See Feb. 1,1955, incident.) One metallic saucer was observed by two USAF witnesses for five to seven minutes (Miller, F W; Ritzdorf, D F).
