1.5-foot sheet-like object maneuvering. Explanation: Debris.
McDonnell Aircraft Propulsion Lab employees sighted 1.5-foot sheet-like object maneuvering in company parking lot from distances varying from four to 200 feet, first descending from the east at 30 foot altitude stopped on the ground, rose to four feet height, made right-angle turn to north, traveled 75 feet and climbed above 8-ft fence to disappear in the overcast sky, under light almost calm wind conditions. One observer followed at 5-ft distance. An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft.One ball, , was observed in overcast weather by ten aeronautical engineers at a factory for three to five minutes. No sound was heard.
