Pine Tree Line Radar Site. Explanation: Moon.
UFO was observed for, a period of twenty minutes in the northern sky moving to the southeast by at least ten personnel of the 912th AC&W Squadron, (not tracked) A lunar anomaly was observed. One object was observed by over 10 military witnesses for 20 minutes. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky.
