USAF F-86 incident. Bright orange circle flying at 900 mph. Explanation: Balloon.
Pilot of USAF F-86 jet fighter at 600 knots (700 mph) saw and chased a bright orange circle flying at 800 knots, and executing three fast rolls. An object was observed and photographed. One orange elliptical was observed by one experienced male military witness at a mountain for four minutes. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: FB2: FB1 accompanied by physical evidence. Vallee reliability rating: 341: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires only slight modification of the data.
