Round object, silhouetted against a cloud
USAF Staff Sergeant Anderson and A/2c Max Handy saw a round object, silhouetted against a cloud, fly straight, level and smooth at 400 mph. An unidentified object was sighted, that had an unusual appearance or performance.One ball was observed by two military witnesses at an airfield for 20 minutes (Anderson, Max Handy).
Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs
Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky.
Vallee reliability rating: 332: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
