Two small, varicolored lights became black silhouettes
Visual sighting by two USAF enlisted men, radar tracking by three men using FPS-3 radar set. Two small, varicolored lights became black silhouettes (of "dark, cigar-shaped object"?) at dawn, flew erratically. Objects were tracked by radar and sighted visually. Six cigar-shaped objects were observed by five witnesses and radar at a military facility for one hour. Hynek rating: RV: Radar-Visual UFO reports Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 342: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
