70-75 feet inverted platter-shaped dull aluminum color

Radio station musician William Squyres, driving through a wood, encountered a strange object and stopped to observe it. It looked like two turtle shells glued together, about 25 meters long, dull aluminum colored, and was to the right side of the road about 90 meters away. A humanoid creature was seen through the window of what appeared to be a control cabin in front. The windows were lit by an intense blue light and a throbbing sound was reported. The object was oscillating, hovering three meters above ground for 30 seconds, then suddenly flew straight up with a strong humming noise and disappeared in a gap of broken clouds, but not behind the clouds. The middle section supported what looked like a series of 15 cm diameter propellers. Later a 18-m diameter circle of grass matted down in the field in the field was found.

One blue ball, , was observed by one witness for one to two minutes (William Squyres).

Name William Squyres occurs in Texas and Louisiana, but not Oklahoma.
