Amber-colored elliptical-shaped object with a small flame
Tech Sergeant Mahone and A/3c Jennings saw an amber-colored, elliptical-shaped object with a small flame at the rear, periodically increasing in brightness, move very fast giving off a resonant beat sound. A flying disc was observed. One oval object was observed by two male military witnesses at an airfield for one minute (Mahone, Jennings). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky. Vallee reliability rating: 342: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
