Bright or white oval object
USAF pilots Capt. J. Spurgin and Capt. B. Stephan (Steven?) saw a bright or white oval object move from side-to-side while making a gradual turn. An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One oval object was observed by two experienced male military witnesses for 90 minutes (Spurgin, J; Stephan, B). Hynek rating: RV: Radar-Visual UFO reports Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops. Vallee reliability rating: 342: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
