Metallic cigar-shaped object
25 members of a flying club, including the chief aerial engineer (Floats) and his two assistants saw a metallic cigar-shaped object with white exhaust which turned black when it accelerated to about 1,000 mph and made a large loop. A cigar-shaped object was observed. One metallic cigar-shaped object, about 40 feet across, was observed by 25 male witnesses, three of them an experienced observors, as reported to the police, in a city for seven minutes (Floase; Varma). Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
