Dull grey, metallic object about 120 feet long 10-12 feet thick
USAF Sergeant J. B. Sells saw a dull grey, metallic object, about 120 feet long 10-12 feet thick, hover, puff smoke and speed away. An object was tracked by radar and sighted visually. One metallic football-shaped object, about 150 feet across, was observed by one experienced male military witness at an airfield for one minute (Schumann; Sells, J B). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 342: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
