Light with a fan-shaped wake remain motionless like a star
U.S. Army Second Lieutenant A. C. Hale saw a light with a fan-shaped wake remain motionless like a star then speed away. A hovering flying disc was observed. One disc was observed by nine witnesses at a military facility for 20 minutes (Hale, A C). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky. Vallee reliability rating: 342: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
