White tubular 100 feet long flying at 100 mph, chased but lost
USAF pilot Kirschbaum flying T-6 with 58th Fighter-Interceptor Squadron saw a white tubular 100 feet long flying at 100 mph, 20 miles southwest of Boston, Mass. He chased it but lost it. An object was tracked by radar and sighted visually by one witness. Hynek rating: RV: Radar-Visual UFO reports Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO.
