Silvery spherical objects over a lake at high speed. Explanation: Natural.
Mr. Abreu saw silvery white spherical objects like Christmas ornaments fly over the lake at high speed, reappearing repeatedly with a high-pitched whistling sound a few seconds each time. AFOSI Summary: Time: 850; Number of Observers: 2; Reliability: unknown; Area: Springer, New Mexico; Direction: two groups going W two groups going E; Altitude: well above 30,000'; Color: silvery white; Train: none; Duration: 4 grps totaling about 20 seconds; Sound: yes; Shape: round; Size: very small; Speed: vary fast well above speed of sound; Disappearance: disappeared from view. Unidentified objects were sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. Physiological effects were noted. Many silver balls were observed by one witness at a lake for a few minutes (Abreu).
