Woman witnesses bizarre cluster of lights overhead, humming sound, sees strange beam of light "scanning" ground. Excellent report.
Objects were sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. Several lights were observed by two female witnesses for eight minutes. A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 402: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; no site visit, or answer unknown; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
