First seen 75 degrees north. Passed directly overhead. 8 white lights. Seen with naked eye and binoculars.
Unidentified objects were sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. Eight white lights were observed by one female witness for over 15 minutes.
