Caller reported her sister had been travelling home by car when car buzzed and followed by blue light.
An object was observed. It buzzed a witness. One blue light was observed by one female witness. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
