Bullet-shaped UFO hovered silently over powerlines, 80-120m off ground. Length 40m, surface like dull aluminium.retractable arm extended from object to powerlines.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One bullet-shaped object was observed by one male witness at an electric plant for 90 seconds. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
