Group of children saw silvery but not reflective object fly over, pencil shaped, no sound. Speed slow to the NNW straight line. U-2 spy plane in area at time, going to the north. Explanation: Aircraft.
A cigar-shaped object was observed. One silver cylinder was observed by a group of children in a residential area. No sound was heard.
