Soldiers incident.
Big silver balloon moving slowly. No balloons scheduled in the area. Rotates, then vanishes. An unidentified object was sighted, that had an unusual appearance or performance. One silver balloon-like was observed by two experienced male military witnesses at a military facility for two minutes. No sound was heard.
