HBCCUFO: shiny, bright cylindrical shape, stationary high in the sky, "broke apart", split into two exact same size pieces
Cigar-shaped objects were observed. Two shiny cylinders were observed by six witnesses for five minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
