Prop-driven sky raiders warming up on field, total blackout of base four min, including gas and diesel powered generators, aircraft on ground, bull dozers, oil tanker offshore. Round intense light, 500 feet distance.
A hovering object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One white round object, about 80 feet across, was observed by several male experienced military witnesses at a military facility for over four minutes (Dalrymple, Wayne).
