Nato Base Personnel incident.
Dogs began barking. A spinning top, emitting various color lights was seen over Aviano AFB. It was 50 m in diameter, and illuminated an area, hovering 100 m above some quonset huts. A humming like swarm of bees was heard. It changed color from white to green to red while departing. A "Victor Alert" was called at the base. Electromagnetic effects (black outs) were noted. The object was observed by multiple military witnesses at the airfield for over 60 minutes (Blake, James; Manfre). 1977, 01 7 notte, Aviano.
